What information does Abundant Yogi collect from our users and how do we collect it?

Abundant Yogi only contacts individuals who specifically request that we do so or in the event that they have signed up to receive our free newsletters or have purchased one of our products. Abundant Yogi collects personally identifying information from our users during online registration and online purchasing. Generally, this information includes name, e-mail address, and occasionally phone number for registration to receive our free newsletters and the addition of postal address and credit card information when purchasing our products. All of this information is provided to us voluntarily by you.

How do we use this information?

This information is used for internal marketing purposes only. Abundant Yogi does not sell, exchange, or release your personal information (name, e-mail address, mailing address, credit data, etc.) to anyone. Your information is not shared with any other third party or company outside of billing and shipping purposes.

What are cookies and how do we use them?

Cookies help track a person’s “session” while online. By showing how and when our visitors use this site, this information can help us to continue to improve our site. We will only use cookies to view information on your hard drive that was put there by a cookie from this site. The use of cookies is an industry standard and many web sites use them. Cookies are stored on your computer and not on this site. If you do not wish to receive cookies, or want to be notified of when they are placed, you may set your web browser to do so, if your browser so permits.

How do we store your information?

Your information is stored at the list server that delivers Abundant Yogi newsletters. Your information can only be accessed by those who help manage those lists in order to deliver e-mail to those who would like to receive Abundant Yogi’s newsletters.

All of the newsletters that are sent to you by Abundant Yogi include an unsubscribe link in them. You can remove yourself at any time from our newsletters by clicking on the unsubscribe link. You can also contact us at support(at)abundantyogi.com to change your information at any time.

Refunds/Guarantees:

We stand behind this education with our Better-Than Risk-Free-Guarantee. If after 30 days¹ of your enrollment in any of the Abundant Yogi courses you have:

1. participated fully² and taken advantage of all available question & answer sessions and support forums;

2. been on time for and stay for the duration of all classes and appointments, including live events³ and private coaching sessions, if applicable;

3. followed through on requests and assignments made by the facilitator(s);

4. provided your refund request in writing within 60 days of the purchase date;

…and you are not 100% convinced that this training is going to get you the results you were looking for, we will gladly refund you your money in full – plus, you’ll get to keep all downloadable elements of the program.

However, we do NOT offer refunds or cancellations to people who are unwilling to do their part to get the results they want, including doing the work necessary to fulfill each of the conditions above.

1. You must participate fully for an entire 30 days to really get the benefits and learning that he course provides; then you have an additional 30 days to provide your refund request to us at support@abundantyogi.com.

2. ‘Participating fully’ can be defined as:

• Listening to all modules and completing their accompanying homework assignments and exercises according to the specific program schedule as suggested by the facilitator(s). You’ll know what that schedule is because the suggested trainings will automatically be emailed to you according to the intended schedule.

• For LifeLAUNCH: This includes completing the entire program. I

• For Abundant Yogi PhD: This includes completing modules 1-4.

• For The Lifestyle Design Coaching Certification: This includes completing modules 1-4.

• You will be asked to hand in all completed exercises to verify your participation.

• Attendance of all live classes will be monitored. Being that the live classes are one of the most important parts of the training, you are expected to attend. If you cannot make the live classes, you are expected to listen to the archive of those classes before requesting a refund. Otherwise, you will not have truly completed the modules required.

3. Live events are non-refundable. No matter the circumstances, if you purchase a ticket to a live event and don’t show up for that event, you will not be refunded. There are no cancellations.
