But just so we’re clear.... I’m not bragging. My business and life haven’t always been this peachy.
I also don’t wanna give you the impression that my life and business are “picture perfect” 'cuz they sure as hell aren't.
It wasn't that long ago that I could barely breathe, I was so deep into debt.
I was teaching my ass off, but had little to show for it, so I was stressed out and completely missing the joy in my life.
Although I loved teaching and had a passion for transforming lives through yoga, I knew the way I was going about it wasn't sustainable. It was too HARD––physically AND emotionally. And from my track record, I could tell it was never gonna provide me the lifestyle I truly wanted.
Plus I had this gut feeling... like I was hard-wired for something much much greater. Where I could share more of myself and my life's experiences with many more people––and not be limited by the amount of free time I'd have or the money I could make!
And I felt like this "something" I was being called to do was an absolute MUST if I was ever gonna commit to living my truth and being fully self-expressed!
I knew there were people out there WAITING for me to step up and do my thing––that they were literally praying for exactly what I had to offer them.
And yet I was frozen still. Clueless of where to start, scared sh*tless to fail, a little bitter, and totally frustrated with my life AND my career.
But when the student is ready, the teacher appears.
Or in this case the COACH.
Fast forward a few years. Add some heavy soul searching, some costly mistakes, repeated Aha's, and figuring out some serious game-changing, yet practical strategies (relating to managing my time/energy/thoughts/emotions AND some killer business and marketing wisdom), my business and life have blossomed into something utterly spectacular.

The big insight for me was being real with myself about what I where I spend money and how that is weighting me down. And using the "buckets" helped to organize where I want to put my money. It was fun to be able to easily play around with that on a working spreadsheet. I also really valued being very specific and clear about my desires. I think it takes so many people so long to get to where they want to be because of a lack of clarity and then losing focus. This course reminded me that to get to where you want to be takes focus, passion and continued determination.

"I truly feel like Kris came into my life for a reason."
I truly feel like Kris came into my life for a reason. I started this course with the intention of determining exactly what I want my life to look like, setting a budget for myself, and planning the potential launch of a new business. My hopes were to draw more clarity and organization to both my personal and professional life. Being an avid dreamer and journal writer I knew I wanted to break the habit of setting goals that I fail to follow through with.
The combination of video, audio, exercises, and constant journalling allowed the material to really sink in. The progression of ideas was fluent and easy to grasp. Interacting with others motivated me to keep doing the work. (It was nice to see I'm not the only one that hates finances and fears allowing change to enter my life.) Having precise, to the point modules was nice for it allowed me to move forward with action.
I am loving the ideas that are flowing and am feeling a lot more grounded putting my kriyas into play. Between the context, humor, factual references, and personal touch of adding Kris adding her own story I was/am quite inspired. I feel prepared to launch my new abundant self.

I was really excited about this course, but worried that I was going to feel like I didn't know what I was going to focus on, and that my dreams were scatterd and unclear.
I LOVED the audio portion of the course, it was so lovely to hear Kris's voice, so soothing, understanding and non judgemental.... just hearing her voice made it seem like everything is possible and not to worry.
I like the humor and the lighthearted approach to things that are kind of serious. I loved to be able to read other people's comments, it made such a difference knowing that the others were all going through the same thing.
I also learned the importance of Kriya's. It's given me a committment to myself and it's only me that is responsible for the outcome of my life. Knowing everyone has some issue or another and no one is perfect. This became apparant in the daily feedback and Kris's own stroy and that anything is possible. Knowing this gave me a sense of peace and a lot more compassion for my own inperfections.

My hopes for this course were to get myself to a more grounded, clearer place than the one I was in, and I can see the tightness easing with the tools it?s given me!
I?ve taken my financial picture and put into a formula that I can deal with... in small bits.... instead of me looking at a huge number, like $5000.00 and not even remotely being able to fathom how I could acheive that in a month?s time. Breaking into a daily total of $165.00 is so much more acheivable and doesn?t bring that sick to my stomach feeling I always get when it comes to mula! PLS is the way to go!

When I found this course, I?d been looking for a formula that incorporates the teachings of Jerry and Esther Hicks and the Laws of Attraction. I was looking for a boost in my ability to dig into my belief system and change what isn't working for me and begin to find results and encouragement that there is a way out of the muck of "energy sucking beliefs".
This course gave me all the tools I needed to "work my beliefs" ...love it! I now have very clear and precise questions to answer to make a shift in my perception (which is my experience of my life). I also work the "Intention, Attention and release of Tenion" model Kris gave us... very cool.
My relationship with money is more clear and focused. I also recongnize that it's an analogy or a refelction of my relationships with myself, with others, the environment, my diet, work, etc.
I wanted a formula, I now have several! I got clear, straightforward exercises. I thrive on insights, and I definitely got them here too... even during my dreams at sleep! The wildest thing happened to me!
I did the Abundant Yogi course several months ago. It altered the way I see myself and my role in my own life. I designed my Preferred LifeStyle mostly around having quality time—I didn't want much for material possessions. However, I dared to list a Saab convertible "or something better" thinking it would be a distant dream. Well I paid absolutely no attention to how this could possibly happen, I just went about my business learning more about tapping into my full potential.
It didn't even occur to me that when I very innocently pulled out in front of another car that I was fulfilling on my PLS. I would not have traded off my car just to get a new one. The insurance company was very generous and almost without effort on my part, I discovered myself the owner of a beautiful new Saab convertible!
Driving it feels just like I imagined! I was shocked when I looked back to what I had designed several months ago in Abundant Yogi. Not only did I produce a car but the quality time is ever present as well.
Thank you for helping me to believe in myself!
You can't even put a value on such positive action steps to loving yourself and fulfilling on your dreams. I gained such clarity.
